The follow is an article that my father, Paul Cole Beach, wrote for the Intercollegiate Review in the Spring of 1965. He was a conservative political philosopher, and wrote many articles on varied topics. I figured I could share some of them here. He is deceased (2006), but I continue to find inspiration from his writings.
